Dec 1992 NPC Inc. was established with 12.5 million yen in capital in Koto-ku, Tokyo, for the production and distribution of carton formers, vacuum packaging machines, and other related products.
Jan 1993 Establishment of a factory in Arakawa-ku, Tokyo.
Oct 1993 Transfer of company headquarters to Arakawa-ku, Tokyo, where the factory is located.
Sep 1994 Start of domestic sale of vacuum laminator for photovoltaic manufacturing.
Jul 1996 Start of export and sale of module laminator for photovoltaic manufacturing.
Aug 1996 Establishment of NPC America Corporation in New Jersey, USA, as a wholly-owned company (currently a consolidated subsidiary) dealing with sale and service of photovoltaic manufacturing equipment.
Sep 1996 Establishment of Osaka business office in Izumi, Osaka.
May 1998 Start of sale of cell testers and tabbing and stringing machine (soldering machine) for photovoltaic manufacturing.
Aug 1999 Establishment of NPC Europe GmbH in Cologne, Germany, as a wholly-owned company (currently a consolidated subsidiary) dealing with sale and service of photovoltaic manufacturing equipment
Start of sale for full lines of photovoltaic module assembly.
Sep 1999 Establishment of Kyushu business office in Tsukushino, Fukuoka.
Jan 2000 Establishment of MECT Corporation in Hojo, Ehime.
(a company manufacturing photovoltaic manufacturing equipment with the initial investment ratio of 30%)
Jun 2002 Establishment of NVS Corporation in Arakawa-ku, Tokyo, as a wholly-owned company dealing with sale and service of photovoltaic manufacturing equipment.
Jun 2002 Establishment of Yokohama business office in Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa.
Jun 2002 Establishment of Sendai business office in Miyaginoku, Sendai, Miyagi.
Jul 2002 Establishment of Hiroshima business office in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima.
Sep 2002 Relocation of MECT to Matsuyama-shi, Ehime.
May 2005 Conversion of MECT to a wholly owned subsidiary.
Aug 2005 Registration of ISO14001, the international standard of environmental management systems.(No. CR-E0333)
Sep 2005 Absorption of MECT and NVS Corporation.
As a result of absorption, MECT becomes NPC's Matsuyama factory
