Dec 1992 NPC Inc. was established with 12.5 million yen in capital in Koto-ku, Tokyo, for the production and distribution of carton former, vacuum packaging machines, and other related products
Jan 1993 Establishment of a factory in Arakawa-ku, Tokyo
Oct 1993 Transfer of Company headquarters to Arakawa-ku, Tokyo, where the factory is located
Sep 1994 Start of the domestic sale of vacuum laminator for photovoltaic manufacturing.
Jul 1996 Start of the export and sale of vacuum laminator for photovoltaic manufacturing.
Aug 1996 Establishment of NPC America Corporation in New Jersey, USA, as a wholly-owned company (currently a consolidated subsidiary) dealing with the sale and service of photovoltaic manufacturing equipment.
Sep 1996 Establishment of Osaka business office in Izumi, Osaka
May 1998 Start of the sale of cell testers for photovoltaic manufacturing and Tabber and Stringer (soldering machine).
Aug 1999 Establishment of NPC Europe GmbH in Cologne, Germany, as a wholly-owned company (currently a consolidated subsidiary) dealing with the sale and service of photovoltaic manufacturing equipment
Start of marketing for full line of photovoltaic module assembly

Jan 2000 Establishment of MECT Corporation in Hojo, Ehime Prefecture

Jun 2002 Establishment of NVS Corporation in Arakawa-ku, Tokyo, as a wholly-owned company dealing with the sale and service of photovoltaic manufacturing equipment
Jun 2002 Establishment of Yokohama business office in Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Jun 2002 Establishment of Sendai business office in Miyaginoku, Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture.
