This equipment is used in the initial stage of photovoltaic module manufacturing.
It measures each solar cell's output and physical properties by irradiating aritificial sunlight, and classifies them according to the results of measurement.
Our tester has measuring and analyzing softwares developed in-house based on experiences and know-how accumulated for many years. While main devices of our tester allow highly accurate data measurements, our softwares and cell-transfer technology lead to high processing and production capacities.
We have been always working to have a new tester with the latest technology ready in a timely manner for handling new technology types of cells whenever they appreared on the market.

This equipment automatically wires each cell in series to a string. It usually solders two or three solder-covered copper wires on a single cell.
We have been selling the tabbing & stringing machines ever since the photovoltaic industry started mass production of solar modules in 1990s, realizing high-quality soldering and high productivity based on our long-term experience and know-how.

This equipment laminates photovoltaic modules.
While heating wired cells, encapsulants, and back sheet stacked on hardened glass, it encapsulates the modules by pressing.
One of critical functions in this equipment is our original supporting device, patent-protected, with very good reputations given by worldwide module manufacturers.
Our module laminator also has superiority that its heater platen in the vacuum chamber has highly uniform temperature distribution even under a vacuum condition by completely closing up heater elements in the platen and finely controlling the temperature of the platen.
