Cell tester

This equipment is used in the initial stages of photovoltaic module manufacturing.
It measures cell's output and physical properties by applying simulated sunlight to each solar cell, and classifies cells based on its results of measurement.
We have developed measuring and analyzing softwares in-house, updated it as we have gained experience or every time when new kinds of cells have appeared on the market, and continue to always manufacture cell testers with the latest technologies. Using highly accurate data measurements, software, and cell transfer technology in our cell testing equipment, we are able to achieve high processing and production capacities.

Tabbing & stringing machine

This equipment wires each cell in series to a string. It usually solders two or three solder etched copper wires, on a single cell.
We have been selling this Tabber & stringer equipment ever since the photovoltaic industry started mass production of cells, and realize high-quality soldering and high productivity based on our long experience, and know-how.
In response to recent demand for thinner cells, we have stepped up our efforts to develop and provide equipment for such cells.

Photovoltaic vacuum laminator

This equipment laminates photovoltaic modules.
While heating the layers of cells aligned on the hardened glass, encapsulants, and a protection film, it encapsulate the modules by pressing.
One of critical functions in this equipment is NPC's original supporting device which has become a world standard.
Our vacuum laminator also has superiority that its heater platen in the vacuum chamber has achieved a highly uniform temperature distribution even under in a vacuum condition by completely closing the heater elements in the platen and by finely controlling the temperature of the platen.

Module tester

This equipment is used in the final inspection process of photovoltaic module manufacturing.
It measures output by applying simulated sunlight to finished photovoltaic modules.
Our module tester lineup comprises of one-flash type and multi-flash type of devices to match the specifications of modules, including crystalline silicon modules and thin film modules.
It is also compatible for automatic module handling on request from clients.

In addition to our four main devices as mentioned above, we offer various equipments used in full-scale module manufacturing line, including lay-up equipment that layers such materials as glass and encapsulants, as well as devices to attach aluminum frames and J-box.
