Various vacuum packaging machines(manual, automatic, continuous)

This is the most commonly used vacuum packaging machine mainly for foods. It is the technology which is used for degassing and sealing of containers or bag of foods for the purposes mainly of rot prevention and thermal sterilization. Gas replacement packaging prevents packaged items from transforming, oxidizing and fading by filling packages with nitrogen, carbon dioxide, or other gases.

Roll-stock vacuum packaging machine

This equipment automatically performs a series of processes using two films, an upper and a lower one. First, it forms a container, fills it, seals it by vacuum degassing (or gas replacement) sealing, cuts out the package, and ejects the finished product. The bottom film is formed by a vacuum and compressed air to fit to a mold. After the item to be packaged is placed on this film, the upper film is placed over the item and the item is then vacuum-sealed and cut. Then, the equipment ejects the finished product.

This special vacuum equipment customizes various packaging needs, including the packaging of wafers, substrates, electronic components, and other items that require a clean-room environment.
