- The Company strictly observes the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations.
- The Company shall clarify the purpose of the use of personal information and shall manage it with strict accuracy. Also the information shall be used within the scope of the purpose which the Company has clarified.
- The Company shall not provide personal information to a third party without prior consent of the related person nor justificable grounds, and except in case of providing information to outsourcing agents.
- The Company strives to prevent the loss, destruction, alteration and leakage of personal information, taking countermeasures against unauthorized access and computer viruses, and other appropriate information security measures.
- The Company continuously reviews and improves the approach to protect personal information.
